  Leading the Performance and Monitoring team for the Social and Affordable Housing Fund which is an innovative, public/private partnership model to sustainably delivery social and affordable housing services to vulnerable clients to achieve social outcomes. Monitoring program performance and developing an outcomes framework to transition to outcomes based contracting. Managing a range of policy solutions to complex, priority issues. This included leading the Commissioning Design team to develop and implement a best practice commissioning model to be applied across the organisation. Project lead for the design and delivery of program reform and business improvements projects across 9 targeted earlier intervention programs governing $150M annual funding. Responsible for strategy development, stakeholder engagement, project planning, service design and delivery. Provide strategic support to Deputy Chief Executive and management of critical, cross-directorate issues. Management of DCE support team to ensure timely, quality delivery of high volume of projects, briefs, correspondence and information requests.
