The programme covered 1.8 million families in my intervention state.Key Responsibilities• Coordinated & liaised with the central government, insurance companies, health service providers, third-party agencies for smooth operations of the programme.• Designed & implemented awareness generation strategies in partnership with not for profit organisations.• Monitored SLA in contracted hospitals through audits against checklists and attended to patient complaints.• Provided support and supervision from the state headquarter to the 24 district managers.Key Achievements• The state agency was awarded the 1st prize in the Eastern region for initiatives in the awareness generation campaigns.• The number of families covered under the programme increased by 20% due to the innovative approaches undertaken.
