  Responsibilities Overview:Manage new $5.1 million project for construction of a membrane bio-reactor wastewater treatment plant. Responsible for oversight of all aspects of construction, including: daily activities, design field changes, budget management, coordinate time-sensitive activities, organize/preside over bi-weekly construction meetings, review payment requests, change order proposals, and shop drawings.Manage commissioning services of a new membrane bio-reactor wastewater treatment plant. Responsible for development, coordination, oversight, and implementation of necessary actions.Responsible for consulting services for five (5) clients and managing of up to four (4) active projects, including a water quality study aimed at reducing a proposed copper limit, a sewer and manhole rehabilitation project, an RBC replacement project, and the above-mentioned construction of a membrane bio-reactor wastewater treatment plant.Design Engineer for two (2) separate wastewater transmission facility projects, including, but not limited to, design of four (4) wastewater pumping stations, 4,600 LF of force main, 2,000 LF of gravity main. Additional responsibilities consist of: NJPDES modification, SCD, TWA, and Land use permit applications, coordination with utility company for electrical service, and production of Contract Documents for public bidding. Also prepared RFP, professional agreements, coordinated design/review, and managed the services of surveyor and electrical engineer. Other responsibilities include performing Feasibility Studies for a wastewater treatment plant upgrade project and wastewater treatment plant decommissioning project, preparing proposals for consulting, design, and construction services, conducting cost-benefit analysis, performing annual inspections on wastewater treatment and pumping facilities and reporting on deficiencies and prioritized repair/replacement recommendations.
