I served as the link between the faculty and senior instructional designers as well as between the research assistants/junior instructional designers and the students enrolled in the course. I maintained and improved the online TA training course delivered through Canvas in collaboration with DL support staff and faculty member. I also coordinate the TA orientation program each semester.
