  At Muse Bureau I worked closely with the company director, specifically on Open House Perth, an architectural and design event that is globally celebrated. From inception through to completion, my tasks included event planning, liaising with clients and setting up appropriate interviews. I also worked on media releases as well as targeting specific major media outlets for short run opportunities. At completion it was my duty to prepare the event evaluation. Using multiple channels to increase awareness and enable consumer interaction, my main focus is to increase performance of the newest outlet in Fremantle, WA. This includes liaising with local stakeholders and councils while generating initiatives to engage consumers and interest groups. Training development ensures consistency across all doors, with employers having the same high standard of service. I have developed a training manual that unifies our values and standards that can be used across outlets as well as transitioned to our clients for on-site training and development of skills. We are the first charity in Australia to provide sanitary items, underwear and essential toiletries to people in need.
