Served on the Board of Directors for Morrison-Maierle, Inc. Participated in discussion and decisions for strategic and governance issues at the Company. As the Missoula Office Manager am responsibile for all aspects of project delivery and financial management for the Missoula Office. Expanded the market offerings in the Missoula Office, including the Airports, Buildings, and Mining Market Group additions while in this position. In charge of staffing decisions and hiring. Managed projects for mining, municipal, tribal, and development clients. These project include multi-diciplinary engineering to produce construction documents.
