      In this tenure, I have had the responsibility to drive overall IT operations and support of 550+ pan European stores with over 5k POS, 5 distribution centres, 20+ distribution hubs, 6 home offices and 10+ regional offices. In addition, I provide thought leadership and operational support to over 200k global employees (120+ associates) adopting workplace tools to ensure seamless experience. Here, I also spearhead all aspects of product and service management of workplace technology, including departmental leadership, organisational development, budget, and supplier management. I build and establish strong, long-term global partnerships. I facilitate inclusion and diversity programme and employee engagement survey, while supporting numerous TJX charities, performances, and activities to raise funds.Below are my career achievements that I attained:• Assumed local budget accountability for over £5M Operating expenditure and £15M Capital expenditure.• Headed the successful transition of 30k employees to Win 10, MS Office 365, One Drive, and SharePoint (M365).• Modernised end-user computing services, including desktop/laptop, voice, video conferencing, and digital signage.• Deployed MS Teams to 16k global employees within 3 months during the pandemic.• Leveraged excellent problem solving skills and continuous improvement initiatives that reduced incident volumes.• Pivotal in driving operational effectiveness and operational costs through the I&O outsourcing transformation programme.• Led and executed effective corporate and supply chain operations improvement initiatives, resulting in increasing service level attainment and improving customer satisfaction.• Enabled data security and shareholder confidence through regulatory and compliance audits (SOX, PCI, and WTD).
