  • Evaluating customer’s technical specifications, scope of supply, general terms & conditions, performance guarantees, general contract condition.• Preparing performance document, clarification & deviation sheet, scope of supply, mandatory spares list, erection & commissioning spares list, special tools & tackles list and recommended spares list, performance guarantee (PG) sheet, technical risk assignment (TRA), TQs and CRS and BOQ.• Doing selection of equipment like, industrial fans, rotary heat exchanger, motors, oil circulation system as per the customer requirement. • Doing technical discussion and negotiation with customer to finalize the scope and terminal points and document and drawings list and participating in commercial discussion.• Preparing and sending RFQs, RFPs, RFIs for different bought out and fabricated items to suppliers/vendors.• Doing discussion with sub-vendor/sub-contractors to finalize scope and terminal points.• Preparing a complete cost estimation of project which includes material, manhours, testing, erection, and commissioning as per the agreed BOQ.• Preparing PPT for Kick of Meetings (KOM) and participating in KOMs.• Liaising with different departments to discuss the scope and planning & scheduling for timely execution of the project.• Preparing project hand over note, comprising of project details as per the departmental activity control procedure (DACP).• Assisting engineering team in preparation of technical specs and drawings as per the contract, whenever is required.• Done basic and detailed engineering, 3D modelling and drafting and prepared GAD, fabrication, manufacturing and transportation drawing for industrial fans and rotary heat exchanger and prepared technical specification for bought item like Motors, Instruments, Lube Oil System, firefighting system, drive unit and soot blower.• Creating Material codes, customer codes, sales order, service order in SAP MM & SD module.
