Collaborating and working with a steering committee of teacher leaders from Kentucky in order to plan and facilitate an ECET2 (Elevating and Celebrating Effective Teaching and Teachers) conference. It is a conference “by teachers for teachers” and enables all attendees to receive professional learning through colleague circles, keynote speakers, breakout sessions and networking.

      2017 Caring Classroom Redesign News Highlight - Aug 2017 Instead of trying to set up a traditional classroom, I gave up control to my students and created a Caring Classroom Redesign. Our local news media, WDRB, visited my classroom to video my students and capture their classwork and see how they decided to redo and use the space.
