  I work as a freelance employee for Thumbtack Philippines. Our work involves pulse checks on feedback from our customers and Pros about the updates that Thumbtack releases. This is a very particular task as it brings out the best in our product and our Product Managers need to see the results of these pulse checks in order to determine if a certain product release/update will be helpful to the totality of the product itself.This is a very tedious task as this can involve multiple analyzations of surveys, product feedback from customers through our support channels and other channels that we can gather any information about our releases. This also includes NPS summary or in our case, the likeness of the Pros to continue. Another task we love is updating the support channel on what updates are upcoming and the description of these updates. This provides communication between our support and the product team to bridge the gap so that we can provide the update to our Pros or customers. This also involves creating the product update presentations to our leadership may it be onshore in the US or offshore here in the Philippines. We are a very integral part of Thumbtack and even if we are a small team, we are a very good and efficient team. Show less
