  ▪ Ensuring operational readiness and regular maintenance of all equipment associated with the smooth operation of offshore pipelaying and crane barge (e.g., Power generation, Hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical heavy cranes, Anchor winches, pumps, purification systems, p/l tensioner, p/l recovery winches, CRC and control systems)▪ Using CMMS software to manage maintenance activities in controlled manner▪ Leading a team of 20 technicians conducting daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance plans/routines on heavy duty equipment and machines, to prevent unscheduled stoppages▪ Auditing usage of spare parts, accordingly placing orders to ensure minimal turnaround time for critical repair work.▪ Enforcing obedience to safety regulations as per OSHAS, reviewing safety manuals.
