  I am currently managing two projects at Samphire: the Post Detention Support Project and Immigration Legal Advice Project. This involves: •Successful establishing and managing pro-bono immigration advice surgeries at Dover and Thanet Citizen’s Advice Bureaus and Samphire’s office. •Providing immigration advice and representation under OISC framework (Asylum and Protection & Immigration, levels 1 and 2). The scope of my work mostly extends to family visas, general advice on Skilled Worker route, EUSS (including administrative reviews), nationality and citizenship, etc. •Keeping and maintaining client legal files so it follows best practices, meets regulatory requirements and pass audits.•Liaising with the Home Office and other stakeholders, chasing up delays and evidence needed for clients’ immigration applications•developing welfare advice clinics for asylum seekers and liaising with relevant stakeholders.•planning and coordinating the budget and activities of the projects so they are in accordance with project outcomes, purpose and budgetary requirements.
