Business representative supporting the roll-out of new features for BNY Mellon’s collateral management offering. This involves internal and client testing, preparing end-user training, assisting with system releases and providing post-release support. Towards the end of this role I was supervising a team of seven test leads across multiple locations. Single point of contact for Broker Dealers’ turnaround trading and bilateral repo business with BNY Mellon. A deep understanding of market rules and internal systems is needed to ensure market failures and BNY Mellon’s client exposure are kept to a minimum.
