  Created and for number of years headed a one-of-a-kind board games and leisure club.Key achievements are: landing a brand new format in the city, building a strong brand, planning and executing events' calendar that attracted various city communities. As co-founder, combined roles of an operational manager, marketing specialist, event manager, recruiter, etc. Years after selling, the club is still successfully operating.

  Created and headed a local food-project for a number of years. Key achievements are: creating a brand new product (groats as a street food), setting up a production line, creating procedures and implementing standards at all levels of a production lifecycle, building a well-known brand. Employees hired and trained during that period still remain a core team of the project.As a co-founder, I combined roles of an operational manager, marketing specialist, HR, chief, accountant, etc.Years after selling, the cafe is still successfully operating.
