  I was fortunate enough to be a member of the performance team. I assisted level 1 financial advisors as they began their new careers with Edward Jones. It was an honor to help these folks as they began their new careers assisting people reach their financial goals. I was honored to be named client goals center leader along with my BOA Samantha Terry. In helping our region our team worked with financial advisors in our region to assist clients reach their financial goals through our Financial Foundations and Goals programs. Our goal was to provide them with incredible service and to help them create a plan, be it preparing for retirement, living in retirement or saving for education for example, and follow through in working the plan moving forward.

  The Client Transition Leader is secondary region role that was created to fulfill the need to have a meaningful impact on the client transition experience. I am are responsible for building and nurturing a culture that is always ready to facilitate client transition. Additionally, the CTL has clear measures to collaborate with the key leaders in order to drive results in FA retention, deeply serving clients and increasing new assets. Responsible for recruiting new and licensed financial advisors in Maryland.In 2019 we were fortunate to have hired 21 financial advisors for our region.
