My contributions have been pivotal in several high-budget projects, where I managed the end-to-end product development process, from initial analysis and design to development, testing, and ongoing maintenance. While I played a key role in the Core Clinical Systems Renewal Program (CCSRP) for NT Health, my focus was on a specific part of the solution, and I continue to expand my expertise across the region, maintaining and enhancing several critical functionalities within the TrakCare system. As a Product Owner, I manage a backlog of product items, conducting detailed needs analysis, defining priorities, scheduling sprints, and ensuring alignment with ISO 13485 standards for the quality management of medical devices. Although I remain the International Subject Matter Expert for the TrakCare maternity clinical application, my responsibilities have evolved as the solution has matured and is now fully implemented.Key achievements include: Served as Product Specialist and InterSystems National Subject Matter Expert for TrakCare’s major clinical documentation application, driving the successful deployment and ongoing enhancement of key functionalities. Defined, developed, and delivered a comprehensive maternity clinical application for TrakCare, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and government requirements across diverse populations in the Northern Territory. Expanded scope of expertise across Australia and New Zealand, leading the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of multiple functionalities within the TrakCare system, contributing to significant improvements in healthcare delivery.
