  WAREHOUSE MANAGERAs manager we oversee the development of the WH and giving structure to the local processes and ensuring not only that the KPIs are looking better by the week but most importantly that the team feels safe and enjoys their work environment.I led a team of 100+ employees (warehouse staff and riders) and organised Contingency Labour Employees within the warehouse. As a manager I am the example by being reliable, present and the support figure for the whole team like helping them cover shifts in all different positions when required and help them to grow in the company . They are also the point of contact between the management and the ops on the field, reporting on procedural changes and making sure they are followed.
