      http://www.paragon.co.za/company/paragon-architects/In my internship year, I secured an opportunity to work at a leading South African architecture firm.At Paragon Architects I was involved in a number of projects, working on residential, retail andcommercial projects ranging from 500m² to 80 000m². I worked in a very dynamic office which gave young staff a large amount of responsibility and provided me with an overall diverse experience. Some of my responsibilities at Paragon included:- Concept Design and sketch design.- Designing, massing and modeling with Revit- Generating presentations using Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint.- SDP and Building Plan submissions to council.- Drawing, issuing and revising working drawings in Revit.- Building relationships with clients, site inspections, joining meetings with the project team and engaging in discussions.Additional Student Vacation work at Paragon Architects:• December 2012 – January 2013 (2 months)• June 2013 – July 2013 (1 month)• June 2015 – July 2015 (1 month)• December 2015 – January 2016 (6 weeks)• June 2016 - July 2016 (3 weeks) Show less
