  Supporting more than 2000 children and youth living with type 1 diabetes, I managed the business operations for our national, year round program, D-Camps.Overseeing the on-boarding of more than 600 seasonal staff, I developed a process to collect all necessary paperwork and transfer employee data to payroll. I analyzed program complaint/outcome trends and initiated a system of resolution and escalation. I centralized our subsidy program and led the creation of My Campfire Fund, an online fundraising tool for participants. These two processes allowed for a more consistent and confidential user experience and reduced the overall strain on the subsidy budget. Show less The improvements I made to business processes and the collaborative role I played in change management greatly enhanced the experiences of our participants, vendors, sponsors and my colleagues. I developed a centralized ordering and distribution process for more than $500k in donated medical supplies from 12 national pharmaceutical companies. This streamlined the requests each company received and allowed for more accurate internal reporting. I created an onsite sales process for 12 seasonal stores and implemented a Shopify ecommerce system for pre-sales. I handled inventory forecasting, distribution plans and sales tracking. I analyzed yearly store sales and took initiative to increase profits and drive efficiencies. Show less I coordinated the nationalization of the newly developed D-Camps program, collaborating with stakeholders among 12 existing, regional programs to create unified, consistent experiences for participants.I coordinated the implementation a new customer registration and payment system that allowed for participant information to be collected and housed nationally while meeting the needs of regional stakeholders. With the new program came a need for a new suite of marketing materials.
