  Delivery of large and medium scale events within the Atlantis resort.Management of the annual New Years Eve Gala Dinner attended by 3500 guests, built over a period of a month from a carpark to be a luxurious 5 star black tie venue.Project lead on the bi-annual Dubai Airshow Gala dinner which includes management of global A-list artists, and is attended by World leaders and VIP guests. Private and Government global events for anywhere between 10 and 1500 in-house guests with individually tailored packages to suit the expectations of the guests including catering, entertainment, accommodation, AV, decoration and logistics.Day to day liaison between hotel departments to ensure the smooth running of events within the venue including Security, Health & Safety and Facilities.Liaison with Government and City authorities for all relevant permits for events.Training of new colleagues by mentoring them through there own events, and through their assistance on my own events.Daily client interaction including:- Site inspections and initial briefs- Preparation and delivery of proposal- Execution of event- Reconciliation of finances Show less
