  As IM my main responsibilities were to support the 3 clusters (CCCM-PRT-Shelter-NFI) and in addition to that help the office to visualize better and reports activities related to refugees. As soon as I arrived in consultation with the cluster coordinators, I started the systematization and digitalization of different collection/reporting tools (5W, fichier d'adressage cccm, flooding reports). In addition of this I worked in the HNO/HRP process by doing the PIN calculation and the MSNA analysis for the UNHCR 3 clusters, and the process went well, and it was a satisfaction for the coordinators. Overseeing all IM production for the Far North region, I monthly update the global cluster dashboard, and the protection 5W and 3W maps.
