      Internal move to Group Security, Control and Process team. Challenged to lead the introduction of the new ITIL processes in the organization. I will be responsible to manage the current Change Management process and mature Knowledge and Problem management within SBM. Took position in SBM Schiedam office to be a Service Desk Discipline Manager. Duties include team management, incident and service management, and IT Projects. I also have a role in leading Group Service Desk meetings. Responsible for IT and Service Desk operations in the Houston office from 2000-2014. Started Disaster Recovery program in Houston office in 2002. Part of transition team to roll out HEAT in SBM in 2012.
