  I developed new features for the Student Portal using PHP with the Yii Framework. My responsibilities included creating SQL database queries, as well as developing both the backend and front end of the application. The work I did had a direct impact on the daily lives of approximately 40,000 college students, making essential information more accessible and improving the portal's usability.   I was responsible for the complete development of a system for centralizing loyalty cards, called PocketCard. I managed all stages of the project, from building the API and database to developing the web admin platform and the cross-platform app using Xamarin.   As a Tech Manager, I led a multidisciplinary squad, overseeing a system that facilitated the contracting of payroll loans between end customers and banks without the need for human intervention. The entire process, from contracting to signing and fraud prevention, was fully automated.In my role, I focused on enhancing efficiency in project execution, technology management, and team leadership. This included refining processes, leading ceremonies, ensuring product quality, and tracking key metrics. I also prioritized timely deliveries, fostered continuous learning, prevented knowledge silos, and guided career development within the team.During my tenure, I improved the ticket-handling process, which resulted in increased satisfaction among professionals involved in the process, as indicated by the feedback received. Additionally, I implemented a new frontend architecture using Atomic Design to maximize code reuse and enable parallel work. I strategically chose to implement only the first half of the customer journey with the new architecture to ensure quality delivery, despite not covering the entire journey initially. This decision required creating a method for the legacy and new architectures to coexist. Eventually, the entire journey was updated, leading to a 5% to 10% increase in conversion rates at every stage. My responsibilities also include making technical decisions, managing the career development of team members, and overseeing the costs associated with our structure.During my tenure, I achieved a 60% reduction in tool costs by canceling contracts, replacing vendors, and revising our usage strategies. I also improved the deployment process, enabling up to 100% more deployments in a single day by adopting the Gitflow workflow for specific applications. Furthermore, I significantly reduced system errors—by 35% in one system through targeted corrections and proper handling of third-party integration exceptions, and by 97% in another system through exception correction and customer journey adjustments.
