      This job involved in-house work with guests, hosting dinners, game drives in the 4000ha Elandsberg Private Nature Reserve (National heritage site), servicing bicycles and boats.During this time I also gained experience in live game capture with a variety of animals including Buffalo, Zebra, Wildebeest, Gemsbok, Springbok and Eland, Bontebok.In January 2011 was tasked with managing a 2 week tortoise survey following a wild fire including co-ordinating a large number of volunteers.

      Working on a 170 000 acre cattle farm with Brahman cross cattle 10 000 head strong my job included mustering, yard work, managing the feedlot with 1400 steers, general farm work, maintenance of equipment, servicing of machinery, bikes and vehicles, as well as the control of problem animals using various methods and techniques.
