Effectively managed and communicated the progress of students in Jamaica to the program director based in the US.• Recognized for being a significant factor in the success of the program for solving conflicts between key stakeholders in Jamaica and in the US.• The success of our pilot program has resulted in expansion to 6 countries and 2700+ graduates.
