  As Well Operator ( Offshore) at North Processing Unit with Job Description below:• Operate and monitor parameters in Wells and GTS (Gathering and Testing Satellite).• Maintain and record adequate spares and stocks of consumable materials and chemical.• To do housekeeping overall cleanliness of platform unit.• Receive and deliver all information in Tunu North Site area to the hierarchy or other entities and give feedback if needed.• Receive, record, and updated all reports from all Ships/Barges, Well Service Barges and Drilling Rigs those are working in Tunu North Site area and updating their position/location. • To maintain good coordination and cooperation with process operators in order to make the plant running as smooth as possible.• Guarantee the safety of operation, personnel and facilities by performing safety tool box meeting, work permit audit and monitoring, and raise notification when required.• Report any process upsets and anomalies to Supervisor or control room and react immediately.• Start up Gathering and Testing Satellite (GTS) and wells after shut down.• Monitor and record stock of chemical used in process, and raise request form when required.• Receive and record wells movement and Well Service activities (well testing, workover, wireline, slickline, electricline, etc) on our wells and GTS area.• Troubleshoot wellhead if running in abnormal condition and and start up after planned or unplanned shutdown.• Capillary string Operation and surfactant injection operation• Pigging Operation• CCVT (Closed Cycled Vapor Turbine) Monitoring• Leader of main project in GTS such as new well connection, Internal inspection of vessel, Hot work job in hazardous area, etc Show less

  As a zone leader in the area of new well installation and assisted by several well operators in the GTS area. This activity collaborates with the construction team with the details of the activities as follows:■ Get involved and oversee the ongoing construction process starting from pipe laying, platform installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, to fully start up.■ Ensure all workers work according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).■ Ensure all workers use Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriately.■ Verify the placement of safety equipment (Safety Equipment) on the platform.■ Take part in the ESD Simulation Test and ESD Real Test.■ Engage in pipeline pigging and dewatering processes.■ Carry out the startup and first gas in process for new wells.■ Ensure all work according to As-Built and P&ID.■ Optimizing the use of N2 for inerting purposes.■ Provide input to the construction team if there are differences in the field with As-Built.■ Perform well testing to know the performance of the well■ Monitoring performance of the facilities, troubleshoot for any abnormal condition.■ Create anomaly report.■ Active participant in safety program such as safety ambassador, safety moment, I-Care, etc■ Prepare and review job packs PTW, Procedure, JRA, SOP, Hazid/Hazop and isolation certificates.
