Apply Design Thinking and Agile methodologies to optimize daily operations and improve process simplification. - appointment as Point of Authority to sign standard contract. Review and ensure due diligent is done before sign-off. -Collaborate strongly with Sales, Legal, Finance, Accounting to ensure contracts are fulfilled in compliance to Policies and Processes. Act as advisor to the sales team on contractual clauses and payment terms in building scope of work / contract -Work closely with CFO and Managing director for deal closure - Upkeep of cadence on Accounts Receivable Operations with team. Support escalations and engage Sales and Clients.
