  In my current role I am responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Restructure Support Analysts, planning and co-ordinating available resource to ensure successful delivery of a quality service to stakeholders across Lloyds Banking Group during a period of Restructure.I work collaboratively to support the delivery of our assessment, selection and exit processes, working flexibly to identify practical solutions which focus on delivering a positive colleague experience.Contributing to the wider People Implementation team with a pragmatic approach to leadership, I demonstrate clarity of purpose, utilising clear messaging to support the whole team to deliver against challenging objectives.Managing the daily Restructure Support Team workflow, I support colleagues to manage individual projects effectively and consistently throughout the end-to-end journey, ensuring they are working to agreed SLAs, and that the correct process is always followed.Analysing key themes using data from a wide range of sources, I proactively identify gaps in process and take ownership to develop and deliver creative solutions, approaching change with a positive mindset.I have built trusted relationships with Stakeholders from across the business, as well as with our external Suppliers, to deliver for them and our colleagues.I coach and encourage my team to focus on enhancing their own capabilities and ambitions for the benefit of their current role, and future career opportunities.I consistently deliver Green quarterly audit outcomes, through accuracy of RST systems and activity, protecting our customers, colleagues and Lloyds Banking Group.
