  As part of the team at Home Bargains my job role included till work, taking down and putting up new displays, helping customers, maintaining the cleanliness of the store and updating stock. Working within a large team allowed me to develop my ability to communicate effectively with a large range of people. With a large management team, I very quickly became an excellent listener and was therefore able to complete jobs quickly and efficiently with a high level of standard. The environment was fast paced and required constant professionalism in order to maintain the high standards the company upholds; due to this I am punctual, dependable and trustworthy and I am able to prioritise tasks.
