  ➜ As Digital Service Design Business Consultant I have been working for various project and customers including BNP Paribas Fortis (Hello Bank), Colruyt Group, Mediahuis and Triodos Bank. I have always tried to help customers to focus on the WHY-question making sure we are designing and building the right WHAT based on a correct HOW.✭ Right before the federal elections of 2014, we pitched a concept and launched a voting test for Mediahuis (supported by their newspapers Het Nieuwsblad, Gazet van Antwerpen and Belang van Limburg) where people could form their government of choice. More than 400 000 people visited the site and more 200 000 governments were created.✭ During 16 months, I have been working as User Experience Analysist (UX-A) for 3-4 days in a week in a team of communication specialists at Premedia (part of Colruyt Group Services). I worked on digital strategy and user experience projects for brands and internal units such as DATS 24, Collishop and Colruyt Group Marketing.✭ In the summer of 2015, I was part of an innovation team designing and prototyping a completely new offering of recipe boxes for students (disj) build on Wordpress and Woocommerce.➜ As UX-A with a strong digital service design focus and a technical (web-)development interest, I constantly helped teams and projects to prototype and visualize business requirements and user needs using tools such as proto.io and Invision. I also setup various user experience testing projects combining Google Analytics data and Hotjar (heatmaps + recordings) to improve websites and e-commerce platforms.
