      - Lead Graphic and Digital Design Manager for Cranbrook School, one of Sydney's oldest independent schools with an annual net revenue in excess of $150 million.- Ensuring consistent, on-brand, cost effective, on-trend, unique and timeline driven delivery of design concepts and collateral to an engaged audience base of over 25,000 and a targeted audience of over 1-million located across Australia and in key countries including China, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, the UK and USA.- Responsible for the concept development for the school’s yearly Gala Concerts held at Town Hall for over 2,500 attendees. Collaborating with various stakeholders to develop a visual language and overall concept to correspond with the concert’s musical themes, featuring a large suite of printed and digital material.- Working closely with the school’s event team to deliver collateral for over fifty events each year.- Produced a wide range of print and digital collateral such as admissions handbooks, school information catalogs and maintained consistent updates of changing information throughout the school year across the suite of material.- Responsible for the creation of photographic, video and aerial content across five campuses, managing image libraries and managing external photographers, videographers and editors where necessary.- Led the rebranding of the school's alumni association and redesign of the alumni periodical into a 100+ page magazine delivered quarterly to the school’s 17,000 strong community.- Visually developed the Optimise and Realise campaigns to spearhead fundraising for the school’s $178 million Masterplan renovation program.- Worked closely with communications and social media managers to produce online content for the school’s various social media channels, including photographs, graphics and videos edited in-house.- Led the school’s Student Media Team, tasking senior students with an interest in photography and videography in developing their skills.
