      Jewelry Design

The place where I’ve found my old age profession. My jewelry making table is waiting for me to dedicate my time again. Even though I had a lot of fights with my teachers about what materials (noble or not) I should use and how practical a piece of jewelry should be, I learned how to design and make wearable metal objects. I had to force myself to finish this school, but the profession itself always interested me enough to push myself through these years. I had to force myself to finish this school, but the profession itself always interested me enough to push myself through these years. Although I don't practice this beautiful craft anymore I still have a special connection with jewelry design and other wearables as a cultural phenomenon. Rings are my all time amulets. Show less

    • Eszterhazy Karoly secondary school

      -
      Fine Art division

The place where I’ve learned how art rooms and workshops are different from the other classrooms and why I need those creative spaces. Besides this essential recognition I also learned the basics of anatomy, painting, sculpture, focusing mainly on drawing and art history. It was a great start in experimenting with different manual techniques, materials and fields, which helped me to build upon my love of all arts, crafts and creation in general.

      Curatorial Studies

The place where I practiced how to create cultural productions, through concept making to exhibition installation and communication. Since the exhibition as a genre was our main focus, the contemporary art scene and its language was our everyday context. We had the chance to meet and work together with well experienced artists, which made the whole learning process very alive for our group.I participated in many projects during my studies as a curator assistant, artist or a project manager.… Show more The place where I practiced how to create cultural productions, through concept making to exhibition installation and communication. My favorite collaboration was the Space Detournement Working Group, where I was active even after my studies. The formation created projects involving experts and local space-users in public spaces, aiming to detour urban and institutional spaces and re-define the ways of using them. Show less

      2008 - 2011
Bachelor of Arts - BA Design and art theory

The place where I’ve found the most like-minded people, who I’ve always been excited to spend my time with. I was searching for links between design and our everyday life, obsessed with determining theories and understanding how design can shape the way we think and see the world around us. I was searching for links between design and our everyday life, obsessed with determining theories and understanding how design can shape the way we think and see the world around us. All while reading and writing a lot about related topics. I started to see connections between seemingly distant areas, and that design is not a bunch of various objects but a moving system and a really complex reference web about what we do as humans and why we do it that way. Those very theory-heavy years gave me a deep awareness of our human-built environment, an aesthetic sensibility and a critical but open approach going forward. Also it was a lot of fun, even if I had no idea where the campus parties were at that time. Show less

    • Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, Budapest

      2006 - 2008
      Design and Art Manager

The place where I started to learn about a lot of culture and management connected subjects, also about collaborating with people in other art forms and creative fields. I started to develop and organize design and art projects, understanding more about what it means to manage a project from beginning to end. At the end of the process my interest was growing to know more about design and theory, philosophy and art practice.

    • AP Hogeschool Antwerpen

      2011 - 2012
      Erasmus Scholarship In Situ³

The place where I dived into personal perspective the most through art practice. In Situ³ is a multidisciplinary major at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts that emphasizes two principles: the specific situation and the individual approach. I’ve spent my studies here as an Erasmus student and I really appreciated the time I’ve lived in Antwerp and experienced its art life.
