  UNSW Estate Management manages the physical estate of UNSW. It's key responsibilities include master planning, development, construction, refurbishment, maintenance, environmental and space management as well as other associated services to ensure a safe and secure campus environment.Key responsibilities for this position:1. Accounts reconcilliation and general ledger maintenance for accuracy, completeness.2. Budget and forecast preparation with various department heads and managers. Putting financial terms and requirements in an undertandable way for non-finance people to undertand and monitor their process and goals.3. Cost analysis for various capital projects and to ensure key numbers are captured to proper accounts and reportings.4. Production of monthly management reports and address key variances with commentaries.5. Support project managers with numbers and feedbacks to ensure projects are on track with budgets and forecasts. 6. Continous component analysis based on the nature/process of the project in accordance with UNSW capital asset management reporting policy and prepare capitalization assessment.7.
