  I initiated numerous projects within the period with far-reaching implications on the business.1. Mobile BranchThe project was conceived with the sole aim of reaching the unbanked/underserved markets in line with the financial inclusion strategy 2020 of the Central Bank of Nigeria. The project features a mini bank on wheels providing primary banking services to this target market. The branch was expected to serve as a stop gap in events of disaster or branch re-modelling, it was also expected to help test possible locations for branches of the bank. It was expected to enhance the profitability of the bank by improving the performance of branches nationwide whilst also enhancing the visibility of the emerging brand (Sterling Bank)The Screen Saver ProjectThe project was conceived to improve communication between the Bank and its employees. Messages were constructed to be simple & short and depicted graphically on the computer systems as screen savers. The project though simple was expected to enhance frequency in communication and spur employees to commit to the goals of the bank. The Comprehensive health project.The project was conceived to improve the physical and mental alertness of employees. it was a three pronged initiative consisting of:a) Walk for productivity ( A 5km walk aimed at encouraging employees to exercise.)b) Basic medical test ( A medical examination conducted on employees by medical personnel to help detect health issues that require immediate attention. Moreover, it was expected to spur employees to look out for their wellbeing.c) The Sterling gym project ( A project aimed at encouraging employees to exercise by bringing a gym close to them at no cost.Asides improving the wellness of employees, this project was expected to endear the bank as 'a great place to work' in the psyche of employees.Others include but not limited to:The bus shelter initiative The branded seat for parks in Lagos stateSterling Bank façade cleaning Show less
