I managed a 43 people department: >Organization, budget, people management, and project management. >Introduction on selected sites of the UMTS02 release - Vodafone Spain, O2 (UK) – of the Nortel Networks solutions (Access, Core Networks and OAM). Multiple on-site missions to introduce and validate on site new GSM products and releases in customer networks. Missions with Chunghwa Telecom (Taiwan), Sunday (Hong Kong), Voicestream (USA), Telstra (Australia).

As a Quality manager for LTE Access, I :- lead Quality Management System for all LTE Access R&D for a multi-national team (USA, France, Germany)- defined initial LTE Access product life cycle process - drove the convergence of practices and processes for cross-domain technologies - lead regular internal audits and supplier audits, process part of the due diligence with Japanese company partner - successful first TL9000 certificate for LTE Access As a Wireless OAM Quality Engineering at Alcatel-Lucent, I organized the set of OAM processes in consistency with Alcatel-Lucent Product Life-Cycle, allowing the OAM team to be recognized as quality and product leading team.
