  While working at Lawns Unlimited, I was usually unsupervised and on my own. I was given my daily tasks each morning by the owner (it was a local landscaping company, so duties could vary at times) and I was responsible to see that they were completed. Some days I was asked to assist my coworkers on larger (landscaping) projects. During the summers of 2016 and 2017, my boss hired a summer employee. Sometimes he would work with my boss and coworkers, other times he was to assist me. In the cases when he was to assist me, I was responsible to delegate responsibilities and ensure the task was completed and done so correctly. My consistent responsibilities included: • Mowing and weed eating the properties, as well as pulling and spraying the weeds in flower beds. The properties included: Bank Midwest, KFC/Taco Bell, two residentials, and the grounds of Lawns Unlimited/Lake Site Storage. • Checking for and cleaning empty storage units of Lake Site Storage. • The daily watering of the plants. • Keeping the grounds, sheds, company vehicles, and office clean and overall presentable. • Assisting with the trimming of office and residential plants when winter was approaching.
