  After taking a plunge and leaving the Health Care industry, Gin secured herself a role as a reception call taker for a large New Zealand based call center. At the beginning her role was a basic customer services role; taking messages and passing them on to the relavent people. After a few months in this role she was selected to move over to the Freedom team. She started manning gas and electricity fault lines for some of New Zealand and Australia's largest utilites networks and retailers. Since then, she has been promoted several more times and is now one of the companies senior staff members. She is skill setted in dealing with anything from making appointments, taking phone orders and passing messages to emergencies such as gas explosions and powerlines coming down. Just over a year into her role she now covers dispatching duties, prioritising allocation of assets and resources and team leading a sometimes 30 strong staff base to make sure the call center is running efficiently and accurately.
