Currently leading a team of engineers and cost analyst in support of the Salt Waste Processing Facility at the Savannah River site. Increased corporate revenue by two-and-half times that projected thru direct client interface and team building. Led a cost and feasibility review for accelerating the site closures of both the Winfrith and Harwell nuclear sites for the Nuclear Decommissioning Agency in the United Kingdom. This review received outstanding feedback from the client and all corrective actions developed by the review team were adopted. Spent three months in the Department of Energy’s Office of Project Management providing expert consultation on several large construction projects being undertaken across the U.S., this advice resulted in improved project performance and the development of several corrective actions being carried out currently in the areas of project controls and earned value management.
