In the core of the People Services Community is a global and virtual team of People Support Hub, which I lead and ramped up across 7 regions (80+ countries, for approx. 19 000 Wärtsilians, 70+ team members) as a part of our HR transformation project. Worked on transforming the way Wärtsilä’s people services are delivered, having an impact on the employee experience through renewed service delivery. People Services delivers Wärtsilä's people services and advisory globally across the whole HR spectrum to bring our employee and manager experience to life. The People Support Hub consists of three types of teams: regional hubs, a global hub and an operational excellence & employee experience team.
