      I organised and implemented court development programs across the Pacific Islands as part of the Pacific Judicial Strengthening Initiative. My highlights include: Regional Efficiency and Court Data Management Workshop (Port Vila, Vanuatu - Oct 2019) - I co-coordinated 53 delegates from 15 Pacific Island nations to attend a workshop targeting capacity-building of data management within court systems. Gender and Family Violence Workshop (Koror, Palau/Remote - Nov 2018) - this workshop provided Judges, lawyers and court staff with training in gender-based and family violence and perpetrator accountability, and how to ensure victim-focused court experiences. Access to Justice and Community Awareness Raising Project (Kiribati/Remote - Dec 2019) - this project raised awareness of the roles and relationships of customary law within remote communities and the importance of legal empowerment and access to justice. University of South Pacific School of Law Marketing Brochure (Remote - 2019) - I worked with court personnel from the Pacific to develop and promote higher learning across the Pacific Islands.Other work included aiding and progressing Learning Incentive Fund grant applications, monitoring and evaluating training and outcomes, promoting PJSI's work through newsletters, and monitoring court-related media releases across the Pacific.
