All systems in the Quality Plan from Civil, Concrete and Grouting, Underground and Above Ground Piping and Electrical, Structural, Mechanical, Coatings, Insulation and Fireproofing as well as many Code repairs to vessels must be in place. Much supporting work to establish site specific WPSs, ITPs, SOPs, NDE, Quality Personnel as well as the Construction / Quality Item list tracking system and System completion, Startup and Dossier Turnover.
