  I lead City Year's national School Design team, overseeing one of six major program areas in which we partner with schools across our 29 sites to design, launch, and refine best practices in holistic youth development and mentorship.In this role I've managed projects that include the design of Compass Academy High School, the launch of City Year's Teaching Fellowship program, social/emotional competency and curriculum development, systems for school continuous improvement through data cycles, and early warning indicator innovations and training approaches.I also support a the fundraising and development efforts that support the growth of our work, and City Year's thought leadership in the school/district partner arena of our work.
