  Here are the below core responsibilities of my current role.1) Performing RCA on the feedbacks which were received from client by taking appropriate Corrective Actions2) Complete Involvement in new project launches and look for all possible process improvement areas in improving Quality and error free data delivery to client.3) Involve in Hiring process, training and assigning the new projects to team4) Coordinate with Production teams and ensuring the necessary steps to maintain that there are no conflicts in maintain the quality.5) Planning manpower with respect to the monthly Capacity Plan (CP)6) Propose new tools & techniques to fine-tune the existing tools & Raising the new automation requirements to the software team with respect to the project needs.7) Testing the newly released automated tools and reverting back to the software team on functionality of the tools.8) Regular interaction with Project Management team to discuss on client requirements and to fulfil their needs in terms of Quantity and Quality9) Managing a team of 30+ employees (2 Team Leads and 30 Quality Analysts) and needs to motivate them towards from time to time by giving the required support.
