  I was in charge of a controlling team which aimed to monitore the results of the largest distrubution centre for Danone Dairy Products. I was involved as a Financial Leader in all the projects related to productivity and Supply Chain strategy. In this position I supported decisition making for the new Supply Chain strategy by collecting information, analysing it and building dinamic dashboards for the main logistics KPIs. It was my first postion in Finance, so I used to do all the basic activities of a Junior Controller: month end closing, budgeting, accounting and performance monitoring.
