My responsibilities included: booking and organising travel for internal and external partners, creating travel packs, setting up travel accounts, booking rooms, managing directors diaries, booking couriers and taxis, setting up conference calls, working with the finance team for travel expenses and processing work expenses and creating word documents to aid the teams. Everyday I would have the opportunity to switch from being the person that greeted and signed in visitors to working in the back office managing the switchboard, signing for deliveries, organising admin, booking taxi's and booking couriers. To expand my responsibilities I took to training new starters and temporary staff and helping to book and organise meeting rooms, creating and updating excel spreadsheets and word documents with reception related information that would help any new staff or temporary staff.
