   Improve Quality Management Systems, including revisions, writing procedures, launching, and participated in preventative activities. Supervise a team of quality assurance inspectors and technicians. Maintain, improve testing equipment and develop strategies for the on-going validation of line test equipment. Resolve manufacturing and production issues with the team, recommend optimum processes, training, determine dispositions using skills and techniques like fishbone, 5-why’s, Lean principles, etc. Ensure Quality management system (QMS) is fully implemented and running in an organized and efficient manner.  Handle all QC activities on the shop floor including receiving, welding, dimensional inspection, NDE, and final product release. Analyze plant and customer quality complaints and problem-solving through RCA and CAPA. Develop systems, methods, and practices to safely manufacture a quality product. Decide functional responsibilities, personnel training needs, suitable individual assignments for all Quality employees. Create, approve, and implement QA/QC standard operating procedures (SOP), documents and maintains quality control standards, testing protocols, and analysis to support ongoing quality control objectives. Manage internal and process Audits to identify opportunities for continual improvement in the manufacturing process and product quality. Manage Supplier quality management program from initial evaluation to the product qualification process to ensure supplier capability is at the levels to meet delivery and quality expectations. Data Analysis of KPIs like Manufacturing NCR trend, customer on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, equipment on-time calibration, etc. Ensure Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) is followed throughout the manufacturing process.  Manage on-time calibration activities including in-house and outsourced calibration services.
