  • Represented AIC at the Hult Prize 2013, a global social enterprise competition held in Shanghai, China, and presented aquaponics as a food security solution for the urban poor • Organized the World Food Programme WFP-AIC Partnership Launch and Exhibit: Innovations for Disaster Preparedness and Response, February 26, 2013• Thesis project was done in collaboration with AIC. The project involved designing a user interface / experience (UX / UI) for an online geographic information system (GIS), which enables annotation and layering of human activities (fishing activities, etc.) on concurrent environmental impact (fish kill occurrence) in Lake Palakpakin, Philippines.— This work is mentioned in a paper presented at the 2015 IEEE conference for Intelligent Sensors, Sensor Networks, "Towards a web-based decision system for Philippine lakes with UAV imaging, water quality wireless network sensing and stakeholder participation" by Dominic B.
