      I manage AVP's 24-hour bilingual crisis hotline for LGBTQIA+ & HIV-affected survivors of violence. I also manage the 40-hour hotline volunteer training (3 cycles/yr), including the development, management, and facilitation of the training curriculum. This position currently supervises the Intake Coordinator position in the Client Services department.
