Served under many capacities with this company.Rebuilt oilfield equipment. Specializing in Brakes, Clutches, Drawworks.Established and maintained a repair shop for industrial equipment such as gear boxes, slewing ring bearings, torque converters, power take offs, lift pumps, mixer drives, and transmissions. With my machinist back ground I established the manufacturing facility. I was responsible for hiring the entire machinist staff and setting up the facility. I set up and established there entire manufacturing warehouse were we brought 90% of the outside machining and manufacturing in house. . When I left the company we had over 15 machining centers and 8 full time machinists. I established processes to machine various components, build jigs, tooling, and other fixtures to improve the production costs. In my field service capacity I traveled around the world repairing drawworks, mud pumps, brakes, and clutches. I have a very strong mechanical aptitude and became the “go to guy” for many of the major drilling contractors using Eaton and Wichita brake systems.I developed the mechanical service department. Teaching and training technicians to work on drawworks, brakes, and clutches.I made routine sales calls. Calling on OEM's and Drilling contractors. Because of my hands on approach I was very successful selling solutions to our customers. Repairs, new equipment, and service. Show less
