Soon after I secured a position as a Collator Tender, operating a 100' long piece of equipment that produced the paper bags. Responsible for print quality and overall quality of product. Because of my high productivity and safety record I was promoted to Collator Tender Trainer teaching new tenders operational and safety best practices.Took a 2 year break to serve in the US Army.
